Welcome to Bella Terra

Hello, Bella Terra fans and welcome to our new website!  We’ve not only changed the look but hope that this new website will be more user friendly and be much more interactive for you.  We’d love to hear your feedback, so feel free to leave a comment below.

You can also find us on Facebook!  After all, this new face of Bella Terra is just the beginning of our revolution.  Look out for us with a much larger web presence – catch us on Facebook, YouTube, and on your favorite beauty websites.  We’re not stopping there – we’ve begun attending industry events across the United States, too!  The most exciting of which is this weekend – in Vegas, baby!  Cosmoprof North America is one of the biggest trade shows in the country and Bella Terra has a prime spot.  We’d love to see you there!

Houston fans have been noticing us too, I’m sure.  We’ve been sponsoring local fashion shows and modeling events in the area and have gotten great feedback.  It’s been so much fun!  If we’ve seen you, write in and share your experience – we’d love to know what you think.  Post your pics on Facebook and tag us!

    Great products! I like your shimmer in your eyeshadows, however I wish you would also make more matte eyeshadows.

    As for you inquiry about our Shimmers… you can make any of our Shimmers completely matte by adding Eye Prime! Give it a try – I know you’ll like it.

    I was skeptical at first when I was approached in the mall in Long Island, NY. Until I looked in the mirror and saw such a glow with the mineral foundation and my husband said it looked beautiful, I knew I had to buy it. I use it everyday with just eyeliner and lip gloss for a natural look and I love it, oh and its great for taking pics.

    I was stopped at a Kiosk at Christiana Mall, and was given the “treatment” with foundation, blush, toner, exfoliating gel, etc. The prices were very high, but I was given a discount. I really did liked the make-up, and my skin did not feel oily as with the other make-up that I use. However, looking at the prices on line, they are MUCH cheaper. Should I decide to continue with this make-up, I will NOT buy it at a mall Kiosk again. The girl was very nice though.

    I’m so glad to hear you love the product as much as we do! Unfortunately, the prices from some of our distributors who operate at kiosks do have to increase prices simply due to the increased cost of overhead such as rent, sales consultants, etc. All the more reason to buy online;) And don’t forget that you get free shipping with any order over $50!!! We’re also happy to offer exchanges on UNOPENED products in case you need to see a color in person and choose not to buy at the kiosk near you. Thanks for your feedback and happy shopping:)

    I currently use your skin care and make up products, and love them. However, I am unable to make it to the mall to purchase products, due to schedule, and prefer to purchase online. I noticed the prices are higher online versus the discounted rate I receive from buying onsite. Are there any offers you can give me that are similar? Thank You

    I am using the the mineral foundation MF-4 Natural, I would like to order a new container of the foundation, but need to know if you have a agent in Mauritius and if you would deliver in Mauritius! Also purchasing it this way makes it very expensive with the courier costs! Can you please advise! Malinda

    Hi there, I’m from South Africa. I placed an order a while back. When I mailed Jennifer at Bella Terra I was informed that there was a problem with my order and that new shipping info wil be sent to me. I am still waiting???????? Also I enquired with her about wholesale and she sent me some info but now I don’t get any reply from anyone???? I just think this kind of service is unacceptable, as I have already paid for all the makeup I would really like to receive it. Also is this the kind of service I can accept when I start to sell wholesale????

    I’m so sorry that you are not receiving our reponses but we have replied to a few of your emails. It was definitely not our intention to ignore you!
    The tracking number that was initially sent to you was correct and only the carrier was wrong. Using the same number, you can track through http://www.usps.com instead of http://www.ups.com. Please contact us if you have further questions.
    As for the wholesale inquiry, Jennifer is on vacation. Our apologies – her email is programmed to notify you of that when you submit your email and I’m sorry that you didn’t receive that information. What can I help you with? I’m happy to help.
